At Pet Runner, we strive to provide excellent pet care and a seamless experience for our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel bookings and request refunds.


Service Booking Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. You may cancel a scheduled service through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Missed Appointments: No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Service Provider Cancellations

In rare cases, a service provider may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • If payment was made via wallet or store credits, the refund will be applied as credits to your Pet Runner account.
  • For any refund disputes or inquiries, please contact our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services that were fully completed and delivered as described.
  • Violation of our platform's policies or terms of use.
  • Requests made beyond the refund eligibility window.
